Yep, fight's over. Too bad.
I believe the whole Lifesaver breaking X's armor set thing was done in the BnG subcomic Misadventures. This is in no way a tribute or ripoff of that. I just couldn't think of a better explanation for not automatically being able to use it in MMX6. (Not sure about X5, though. Don't remember.)
